Be gentle on yourself and by speaking to your inner self with kindness and appreciation you will get to experience a newfound love for yourself. Where others are concerned, we should always consider how our words can make people feel. This means we need to avoid gossip and malicious talk that breaks fellow women down. After all, we should all be supporting each other.
Pay a compliment every now and again, especially when you find yourself thinking a good thought about someone. You could very well turn someone’s day around or give them something to like about themselves.
Strive to bring power to others
Bringing #PowerToYou often comes from empowering those around us. When you are a kind, confident version of yourself, you inspire others to do the same. If you set an example to fellow women that they should go after what they want, you’ll give females a chance to fulfil their dreams too.

How often do we bite our tongues for fear of speaking out of turn? If you experience or witness something that doesn’t sit well with you, you have every right to say something about it.
From discrimination to malicious gossip, you should let people know what you do and don’t stand for. It doesn’t have to be in a nasty way either. There are ways of speaking your mind without bringing down anyone else in the process.
By taking a stand and voicing your opinion, women around you will be encouraged to do the same.
Celebrate beauty in every shape and form
Who says we have to look and act a certain way? What really matters is how you feel about yourself. We are all beautiful in our own unique ways. This means that there isn’t one definition of beauty.
